Teak And Furniture – Made For Each Other

by guestpost on May 27, 2009

When you think of teak and furniture, you mind imagines dark beautiful furniture of the highest quality. That’s absolutely correct. The reason why teak and furniture seem made for each other is the rich dark gain of the wood that adds a stamp of class to any furniture made from it. The wood is saturated in natural oils that allow it to survive the rot, insects and other natural impacts that are placed upon it in the rainforest in which it grows. Thinking of teak and furniture means you are thinking of long lasting value that justifies the fact that teak is slightly more expensive than other woods.
